Capability · Event Marketing
Concept, production, and the marketing layer that fills the room — run end to end, to an international standard, from the ground in Phuket.

Most production stops at the venue: a room, a stage, a run sheet. That gets an event built. It does not get the right people into it, and it does not carry the brand past the last handshake. Event marketing is both halves — what happens in the room, and everything around it that decides who turns up and what they take away.
In Phuket the logistics are local, which is the point of hiring locally. Venue sourcing, permits, staging and AV, and one point of contact for the whole engagement: the vendors are ours to manage rather than yours to chase from another time zone.
The guest side is run as marketing, not administration. Press lists and invitations are built for the specific room you want, RSVPs are tracked against it, and guest communications are written on brand — because for most of the people invited, the invitation is the first thing they ever see of the company.
Every engagement closes the same way: final invoicing, a wrap report, and a recommendation for what runs next, delivered within two weeks.
Scope
Taken from the same scope matrix every engagement is quoted against — so what sits outside the fee is named here rather than discovered later.

Process
The same five stages on every engagement, whatever the discipline.
01
Brief intake, objectives, budget range, and key constraints — captured in a shared understanding document.
02
Scope, timeline, and investment proposed; brand, event, or campaign direction presented for sign-off.
03
Vendors booked and permits secured, or creative and channels built — production runs in parallel across disciplines.
04
Event runs end to end, or the campaign goes live — your only job is to show up to your own event or approve your own campaign.
05
Final invoicing, wrap report, and performance reporting — with a recommendation for what runs next, delivered within two weeks.
Engagement Tiers
Events engagements come in three levels. Most briefs start in the middle and move once the scope is settled.
Tier 1
For clients with an existing brand and marketing setup who need single-event production layered in.
Tier 2
Full production for a single corporate summit, networking event, or investor gathering.
Tier 3
For multi-event programmes or institutional accounts running a standing calendar of events.
